Additional hours are available at $150/hour with prior authorization. Rush and same-day requests are available with voice confirmation by noon — because some Fridays just go sideways
A Note on Availability:
Concierge services operate on a 24-hour turnaround cycle, Monday through Thursday.
• Requests received Monday are fulfilled Tuesday
• Requests received Tuesday are fulfilled Wednesday
• Requests received Wednesday are fulfilled Thursday
• Requests received Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are fulfilled the following Monday
This schedule exists so we can show up fully for every client, every time. You’ll always know exactly when to expect your work back — no chasing, no wondering, no surprises.
