Imprint Insight was built by legal operations professionals who have spent nearly a decade working directly inside law firms — in criminal defense, personal injury, and DUI practice. Not as vendors looking in, but as the people responsible for making everything work.

That experience — full administrative implementation of Clio Manage, daily NetDocuments management, Lean Six Sigma process design, and hands-on litigation support — is what separates Imprint Insight from generalist consultants and staffing services.
